Get back to the flow of
things, safely.

Every experience at our studios has been reimagined to keep you safe and practicing. Please take a moment and review our updated policies and procedures to ensure you have a magical experience every time you step onto your mat. The following changes are designed with your safety in mind, to support social distancing and to ensure each studio environment is clean, mindful, and compliant with CDC guidelines.

Our Approach

We've reimagined every experience at our studios. From smaller classes, refined schedules, and more professional deep cleans to building a seamless no-touch environment, we have updated our practices with your safety and wellbeing in mind. Please take a moment to review how your practice will be safer than ever upon your return. We'll see you on the mat!

Meet Our 5x5 Schedule

We’re modifying our hours to reduce in-person traffic and keep our teachers and students safe. To start, our studios will be open for 5 classes a day, 5 days a week. But we will expand our hours of operation as it makes sense for each community.

30 Minutes Between Classes

We have added at least 30 minutes between classes to carefully turn over the studios, sanitize all surfaces and disinfect the space. And on a daily basis, we’ll be sterilizing our studios with a professionally-conducted deep clean that scours every surface.

Smaller Class Sizes

Current class sizes will be significantly limited, so mats can stay spaced out and compliant with current social distance and local guidelines. Think of our updated classes as semi-privates, with more attention from our amazing teachers.

Employee Health Checks

We’re also requiring all our team members to pass daily temperature checks, health scans, and wear facemasks when appropriate to prevent the spread of germs in our studios.

Before You Get Here

We can't wait to see you back on your mat. Before you make your way to our studios, we ask you to please take a few vital actions to keep you and other members of our community safe.

Self Health Check

Pause and give yourself a health check. If you feel even slightly unwell, please please please stay home. If any yogi appears to be exhibiting symptoms, we will ask them to leave the studio to ensure the safest space possible for our students and team members.

And if you’re working with a compromised immune system or are a member of the at-risk population, please refrain from visiting our studios for your own safety. You can opt for one of the hundreds of live stream classes available daily on YogaWorks Live instead.

Reservations Required

To limit studio crowding and social interactions with our team members, you must reserve your spot prior to class. Walk-ins are temporarily on hold. Please reserve your spot before class by using the YogaWorks app or our website.

Please make your reservations thoughtfully. To help ensure every spot is used by our community, late cancellations (those made within 10 hours of class) and no shows will be charged a fee. Members will be charged $15, class pack holders will be charged a class.

It’s BYOE at YogaWorks. That means Bring Your Own Everything. Mats, props, and towels will no longer be available to borrow or rent, so bring everything you need to have a great class.

Download Our App

To make your visits as seamless as possible, download our app, and ensure you add credit card details to your profile. Having a card on file will unlock your ability to quickly purchase retail, add classes, and oh so much more!

Retail Boutiques

We, and our retail boutiques, are here for your practice-related needs! Please note: cash will not be accepted, and purchases should be made using your credit card on file. To ensure cleanliness, all sales will be final with one exception: we will accept returns of full price clothing as long as it has been unworn, unwashed, and tags are intact. We suggest you take note of your size in your favorite brands so you can pick up some great gear to keep you flowing in style.

Have questions? Chat with our team of experts, we can help you find the perfect prop or apparel to take your practice to the next level.

Checking In

Welcome back to your in-studio YogaWorks journey! Once you’re here, there are a few important procedures we set up to help keep everybody safe. We recommend taking a moment and reviewing these updates prior to your first class back.

Temperature Checks

In some cases, your temperature may be taken prior to entering the studio to provide the safest possible environment for you and your fellow yogis to practice. Our team members will have their temperature checked before every shift.

Namaste 6ft Away

We can’t wait to get hugs back into our studios, but for now please maintain at least 6 feet of distance between you, your fellow yogis, and teachers at all times.

Contactless Environment

We’re existing in a contactless environment at YogaWorks. Do your part by refraining from touching non-essential surfaces, booking and paying in advance, and checking in through our app upon your arrival to decrease the number of in-person interactions.

Our contactless environment is also cash-free, so please keep paper money in your pockets or leave it at home.

Designated Storage

For any belongings you need to secure while practicing, use our specially designated storage, which are designed to keep your items safe and comfortably spaced apart from others.

During Class

During class, we’ve developed a few new safety standards to keep you flowing in a clean, comfortable, contact-free environment. Please review our updated in-class standards and get ready to flow!

Designated Mat Placement

Please use the mat placement floor markers we’ve carefully measured to ensure a proper distance from fellow yogis while inside our practice rooms.

Bring Your Own Props

Bring your own props and thoroughly clean them with our supply of CDC-compliant disinfecting products. And don’t forget to avoid sharing them with others.

Consider a Mask & Gloves
(Required in LA)

Consider wearing a mask and gloves while you practice. While it’s not required in most studios, wearing a mask and gloves may help stop the spread of unwanted germs.

IMPORTANT LA County has mandated masks and gloves must be worn at all times inside yoga studios, therefore these items are required for practicing at our Los Angeles area studios. Thank you for your understanding.

No Adjustments

As much as we love a good half-pigeon assist, for the time being hands-on adjustments from our teachers will not be offered in any YogaWorks class.

After Class

To help you enjoy that post-practice goodness, we’ve implemented a few more contact-minimizing safety measures. Check out our updates to your experience after class, which are specially designed to help you keep that post-practice glow long after class.

Sanitize Everything

Our conveniently placed sanitation stations can be used for safe and easy disinfecting throughout your studio visit.

Shower At Home

Sorry, yogis! You’ll have to skip the showers this time. To help limit shared surface contact, studio showers are unavailable, but you can use our sanitation stations or sinks at any time.

Limited Bathroom Capacity

Our bathroom capacities will be capped to ensure adequate social distance for everybody.

No Gathering

We know socializing after class is a big part of our community, and we miss seeing you in our bustling lounges. But for now, please refrain from gathering with classmates following your practice. Instead promptly leave the studio to limit any close interactions and maximize our team’s time to clean.
