body in relationship to the ankles, knees, hips and back regions. The shins are often responsible for twisting the lower leg, resulting in knee or back pain. You will learn safe and easy techniques to unbound the shins and to bring harmony back to the body. You will experience new ways to move in order to un-glue the frozen shin muscles from each other. You will receive advanced anatomy education on why this area is so important.
Open to all levels. Anyone with shin pain, shin splints, bunions, knee problems, ankle issues or back issues would benefit. Committed yoga students would find a new level of opening in an area that is seldom addressed.
