Learn to move, meditate and eat mindfully! You’ll be guided through a gentle yoga practice purposely focused on specific breath and energy techniques that you can continue to practice on your own. You'll also be led through a simple, guided meditation focused on present moment living!

Additionally, plant-based diet expert, licensed clinical social worker and life coach, Adriana Gambino will offer tools for you to learn how to start and SUSTAIN a plant-based lifestyle easily and affordably, dramatically improving your health, energy and overall well-being!

Learn how you can practice yoga and meditation with consistent presence and awareness.
Learn the many benefits of a plant-based diet as well as the myths: Will you get enough protein? Will you eat too many carbs? We’re covering all of it!
Learn how you can sustain the mindful lifestyle well after you leave this workshop.

** We’ll also be offering a 30 day mindful living challenge as a follow up to this workshop where you will receive online support including MEAL PLANS from Adriana and ONLINE YOGA & MEDITATION CLASSES from Meghan. At the end of the 30 days, we will meet for an hour of yoga, complimentary juices and discuss your challenges and your progress! Registration for this must be done by visiting Meghan or Adriana’s website listed below and is SEPARATE from the cost of the 4 hour YogaWorks workshop listed.

Bio

Meghan Brundage is a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher. She completed her first training in 2006 and completed a 200 hour certification in 2007. Since then, Meghan has become certified in Balanced Athlete, Yin, Prenatal and Restorative yoga as well as Meditation. Meghan also teaches indoor cycling in Boston.

Adriana Gambino is a Life Coach who specializes in sustainable healthy lifestyles including plant based nutrition. She is certified in Plant Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She worked for over a decade as a LICSW specializing in holistic behavior modification techniques.
