Join Nicole, a holistic health coach, yoga instructor, and wellness maven to explore "life hacks" for health and self-care.

We all lead busy lives, but there are still many things we can do throughout the day to safeguard our health and prevent illness.
 
For example, did you know that tomato paste has up to ten times more nutrients than fresh tomatoes or that bee pollen is considered one of nature's most completely nourishing foods or that putting sleep at the top of your priority list may be the single best thing you do for your overall health?
 
This workshop will draw from the wisdom of herbal medicine, Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine and Yoga to offer life hacks for balance and better health.
 
We will specifically focus on sleep, stress, and nutrition and will blend practice with education. $30
