In this workshop you will practice asana, pranayama, meditation, and then close with Savasana for deep relaxation with a healing gong bath. You will learn yogic postures for anti-aging, increased energy and flexibility; pranayama, or conscious breathing techniques, for self empowerment, cooling the body, and activating the relaxation response; and meditation techniques that engage the mind, allowing a meditative state to be accessed with ease.
