YogaWorks Yoga Sculpt classes are led by enthusiastic, encouraging, expertly-trained yoga teachers who know how to motivate and inspire in an engaging, challenging and safe way. They offer a series of modifications to each sequence so yogis of all levels can access the poses, choosing to amp it up or dial it down depending on their energy levels.
Since Yoga Sculpt classes are athletic by nature, we recommend taking another one of our active offerings such as Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, TRX or Hot Yoga. While our teachers make the class accessible for all levels, be prepared for a rigorous workout and know your body enough to decide when a less intensive practice suits you best.
