These trainers have been studying, teaching, and practicing yoga for 15 years. Not only is Jennifer a Senior YogaWorks teacher, she also is a certified Yoga Therapist. She understands that a different set of skills is necessary for each person to succeed and adapts a unique approach to each of her students. Liz practices the philosophy that the best yoga teachers always remain students. She continuously expands her knowledge through various trainings. Class Requirement
Students are required to take 16 classes throughout the duration of the program to experience different styles, levels and methodologies.

The complimentary session begins with an hour-long practice taught in the YogaWorks method followed by a Q&A session. Please note that you may only RSVP online starting 31 days prior to the session. TUITION

$3,300 when you pay in full by November 12, 2018
$3,500 when you pay in full by December 15, 2018
$3,700 after December 15, 2018

Tuition includes 3 months of unlimited yoga beginning on the program start date
Tuition must be paid in full by the early registration date to receive the discounted rate.
Payment Plans available off the full price plus a $50 admin fee (50% of tuition must received one week before start date). Contact us for more details.

 

Students who have graduated from a previous Yoga Alliance approved 200-hour program are eligible to receive 50% off the full tuition price.

PREREQUISITE

We recommend 1 year of consistent yoga practice and require a minimum of six months of a consistent yoga practice or equivalent training.

GET TO KNOW THE TRAINERS

Jennifer Elliott

Jennifer Elliott is an ERYT-500 and Yoga Therapist who has been teaching for 15 years. She blends her skills to create a seamless and challenging class for her students. For those who are ready for the next step, she shares her knowledge through her workshops and teacher trainings.

 

During college, a professor suggested that Jennifer write an essay on yoga and meditation. This experience sparked an immense interest that eventually led to a life changing path and the study of yoga. Through her practice she realized that she had developed the skills to navigate the turbulence of life’s hardships.

 

Jennifer’s journey led her to become an LMU certified Yoga Therapist and ERYT-500. In teaching for almost two decades, her experiences include leading 200 and 300 hour teacher trainings, taking students to Costa Rica and Bali for retreats, teaching at yoga festivals across the country and working with professional athletes. She has also appeared on HBO’s Hard Knocks and created the DVD, Yoga for Cyclists and Everyone Else.

 

Jennifer believes in the transformative power of yoga through physical practice, self-study and contemplation. It is through these methods that she aides her students on their path to health and contentment. Liz Blanding

Yoga has been a part of Liz’s life for over 15 years. Her practice has helped her grow stronger, more flexible and find balance, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires Liz to live mindfully and be present moment by moment, breath by breath.

 

Liz completed the YogaWorks 200 hour teacher training in 2011 with Nona Chiang and the YogaWorks 500 hour advanced training in 2012 with Lainie Devina. She became a YogaWorks Certified teacher in 2015. Currently, Liz continues to expand her knowledge of yoga with various trainings and workshops. Liz will always be a student of the practice and is deeply grateful for the loving wisdom her teachers have shared.

 

In Liz’s classes, she combines creative sequencing with conscious breath and a spirit of playfulness to help students connect inward and deepen their practice. Liz loves to see students build strength, flexibility, and confidence to achieve beyond what they ever believed possible.
