Join Becky Nickerson and Atlanta’s finest yoga teachers in learning how to teach Vinyasa Flow. Use different modalities to enlighten your vinyasa practice such as traditional Ashtanga, playful Acro Yoga, deep relaxation, and meditation. Deepen your understanding and apply Yoga philosophy and psychology including Yoga Sutras, Yogic Model of the Mind and Sanskrit. Learn to safely teach all major classes of Asana including structural and anatomical alignment, energetic alignment, and practice teaching for both small and large groups. Explore and teach pranayama, mantra, and meditation including breathing training, several pranayama practices, relaxation techniques, and mediations. Finally, understand the business of yoga including how to shape a private practice, marketing and promotion, and how to retain students.

A $400 deposit is required on acceptance into the program. All subsequent deposits must be paid on a pro-rat basis such that no more of the training can be completed than paid. All payments are nonrefundable.
Final payments are due 2 weeks prior to the start of the program; however, we do provide flexible monthly payment plans on request.
Tuition includes 3 months of unlimited yoga beginning on the program start date.

Becky is the Southeast’s preeminent yoga teacher. Having taught at dozens of studios throughout the Southeast, festivals, and running her own studios before merging with YogaWorks, Becky has led more than a dozen teacher trainings and graduated hundreds of teachers.
Not only is Becky a true teacher’s teacher, she is also one of the most educated yogis in Atlanta. An E-RYT 500 practitioner, the highest level of training available, Becky has strong roots in the yoga tradition and an unsurpassed knowledge of yogic philosophy gained mostly from her studies at the Himalayan Institute, and with several of the world’s renowned yogis!
Sharon, a former professional dancer, is one of the region’s strongest sequencing experts and instructs teachers in the art of rhythm, flow, and class sequence. An expert in vinyasa, Sharon has also created her own brand of artistic flows, ladder flow, liquid flow, and master classes unlike any other.
Sharon’s unique combination of movement, music, and dance, are unique to YogaWorks, and to the Southeast, providing an experience in sequence, pose combination, and structure unavailable anywhere else. Combine her creativity with 30 years of teaching experience, and her craft is unparalleled.
Taylor is a world renowned yogi, known for his wildly popular online yoga classes through YogaGlo, Taylor also leads international yoga retreats, workshops for studios throughout the world, and has the pleasure of calling YogaWorks Atlanta his home.
His teachings are accessible, engaging and light-hearted, though his professional medical training and doctorate as a nurse practitioner give him amazing anatomical and physical knowledge to apply to the practice.
Named “The A-list’s go-to yogi” by The Atlantan, and founder of The Alchemy of Yoga, Elizabeth Rowan has lived, studied and taught yoga around the world. Like most of the rest of our teaching staff, Elizabeth has attained the highest certification available, MA and E-RYT500.
Elizabeth teaches in The Kaivalya Yoga Method, a style in both the Ashtanga and Jivamukti lineages that emphasizes intelligent sequencing, hands-on adjustments, yoga philosophy, ritual, humor and heart. She is also renowned for her yoga and wellness writings, being featured in Happiness & Wellbeing, MindBodyGreen, Mantra Yoga + Health, Om Yoga & Lifestyle and more.
Ashley Lorenzo, another full time YogaWorks Atlanta teacher having attained the highest level of certification available, teaches classes that combine both the physical and spiritual aspects of the yoga tradition. She employs a mix of alignment-based asana, meditation and breath work to cultivate greater awareness in the physical body and beyond.
Her personal practice and teaching has emanated from her training with some of the worlds preeminent teacher, including Kathryn Budig, Gina Caputo, and Annie Carpenter.
Rounding out the amazing YogaWorks Atlanta team, is one of the Southeast’s most popular teachers. Recently featured as one of YogaWorks’ most inspirational and popular teachers, Jenny can be found on MyYogaWorks.com for online classes, sequencing, and tutorials.
